We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Ice Cream Server/Cashier with a positive attitude to join our team.
As a Server/Cashier, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our customers while handling credit card and cash transactions.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome - Take customer orders and ensure accuracy - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns - Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and providing change - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas - Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations - Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet customer needs
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
Coffee experience is a plus! - Familiarity with food handling and preparation is a plus - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally - Cash handling experience is preferred - Basic math skills for accurate cash handling
